Well, rather than typing all those recipes out by hand, and unable to point you at a website, here’s the next best thing. Get yourself a copy of “Cookin’ Southern, Vegetarian Style” by Ann Jackson. It has killer recipes for sweet potato pie, cornbread (made with white corn meal only, please!), greens, corn pudding (and pie and pone and fritters), and 5 different biscuit recipes. It’s a fantastic cookbook!
